If we are unable to accept an assignment in a particular location for any reason (insufficient data available for a credible report, time or distance constraints, etc.), you will be informed prior to acceptance or rejection of the assignment. Due to the rapidly increasing cost of gasoline, additional trip fees may apply for outlying areas. All fees are subject to change upon conditions revealed in inspection by appraiser, contingent upon lender approval. Our current turnaround times are 3-5 business days from date of inspection. We will attempt to set appointment within 48 hours of receiving order, and will perform inspection at the earliest time available. In most cases, appraisals are completed within 5-7 business days from order date. Rush orders are typically completed within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders may be placed online or by fax.
